Spanish Cross. CEJ

Gentlemen,

I have been asked for my opinions on this Spanish Cross by CEJ. Not one of my strong points these.
Looking over old threads it looks pretty good, except for the repaired hook of course.
Sorry for the slightly fuzzy pics. but has anybody an opinion on this?

Thanks very much for the replies. By the further lack of response it looks like I am not the only one who is not up to speed on these.
