Cloth DKiS

Supposedly being offered by someone that claims that it is the same one pictured on Pg. 318 of Dietrich Maerz's book. The backside is in cloth, which would be correct.
Opinions would be appreciated, if the only 2 photos that I have are good enough to form the basis for an opinion.

Gregory Koepp has showen this cross on this forum earlier,he owned this piece earlier but now I think this cross is at a dealer site..search for a thread "New Cloth Silver German Cross, Dkis" on this forum and you will see better pics
