OH Ben .... these things are being faked now too ..... probably for the last 10 years or more . The ribbon may be original but the hardware is not and visversa . Be aware of rare 'award combinations' groupings . One or two guys in Europe are doing this as business !
Almost got stung twice on a Medal and matching ribbon bar .... and gave up immediately . This common single as said is original .

It's a lot of work for a few bucks ,since originals aren't scarce at all....

Multiple-award Imperial/TR ribbon bars are really showing up on many websites, especially British websites. Key things to look for are whip-stitched edges on one side of the ribbons on the bar, poorly designed ribbon attachments like spanges, etc. and the order of awards on the bar. You have to know which awards proceed or follow others in order to identify a good one. And, don't rely on your black light. Most of these repro ribbons pass the black light test, but are still fakes. The ribbons should be 'looped' on both edges.
I would rather wait for the SOS to have hands-on inspection than to play Russian roulette buying one from these sites expecting them to be authentic.
