Hi all,

I’ve only seen a cloth EK1 once before (on the forum a few weeks ago) so this had to get its own thread. This does not have 1939 on the front and is very different from the one pictured in The Iron Time (page 259). However, I realize there probably isn’t a “set style” for the cloth. This is from a friend’s collection and I think he knew it was a gamble when he bought it.

I do not like it. But then again, I am very much "paranoid" when it comes to Cloth EK I.
I can't stop wondering why we see so "many" Cloth EK today, compared to just 3-4 years ago?

But wait for Remote experinced into these kind of medals.

This is a though one.

Materials and construction look convincing, but I miss the "1939"

There are several different originals around, which makes it even harder to tell.
This is one you need to inspect in hand, and then still it will be mainly "gut-feeling" .
