My last and best of 2013: An aircrew grouping with EKI and EKII, Bomber Clasp, and ROAG that recently came from the recipients family.

Thanks to Dion (munster) for helping me keep this group together.

EKI is a marked '15' and EKII is a marked '24'

with an Oktober 1938 campaign medal a nice bonus was having the Prague bar included...

                      Thanks Nick,

I appreciate your comment. It's the centerpiece of my '39 iron cross collection at the moment. I've had many DK's over the years, but keep coming back to the hard-to-find Juncker spangen. I think all that would better it would be a Juncker RK, personally.

I felt inspired to post a larger image of the Juncker spangen. As with the J1, J2 and J3 Luftwaffe pilot and observer qualification badges Juncker portrayed/ captured/sculpted a more lifelike image of an eagle than any of the other many firms/companies of the era. The firm had some real craftsmen working in the company.
