    Hi guys, I found this EK2 with odd setup instead of a ring attached to the frame,

        As you may know, it is a field upgrade, likely because there was no access to EK1's to be awarded.

        Good example, in my opinion.

                      No maker for this cross is confirmed but Juncker is a possibility. There has been some good research done on the type by Stefan K. and Fabri if I remember correctly. It's called the "Juncker long-flaw" frame (but as I said, no one is 100% sure who made it). It can be found marked "Z" over the seam of the ring. This mark is sometimes called a "2" mark.
