    EK2 - non magnetic !

    hello Gentleman !!!
    I am not too much into medals ...so.. I would like to ask my dear experts
    what do they think about this cross - belongs to my friend.. and he.. and I would really appreciate any opinions !!
    IMHO its fine.. maybe zinc core...
    thoughts ??

    how rare are these crosses ??? they have bigger value than "regular" magnetic ones ?

            Peter.. yes.. - I noticed that too.... but... what does that mean ? is it late cross with zinc core and crappy manufacturing... or fake ??

            can we identify manufacturer .. by details of this cross ???

              I think the cross is original. The whole core has slided and twisted to the right. Zink/brass cores should be early crosses. Interesting cross. Note the cross hatching at the outer corners of the beading. That could be of help when tracing the producer.

                I think your right ... look at the left of the top arm and left of the 9 oclock arm. You can see small gaps between the center material and the frame.
