Iron cross 1st class from legion condor

Hello!

The owner told me this Iron cross has been found by her grandmother while working as a cleaner in a HQ of the fascist forces placed in balaguer during the last months of the Spanish civil war. (Actually two cemeteries of the legion condor exist near Balaguer) I do not know where she found it, perhaps on the ground or in a drawer, no idea.
He not want to sell me the iron cross just let me take some pics for get opinions.
Thoughts?

Blue Division perhaps. The German Iron Cross wasn't awarded in the Spansh Civil War.

It's probably from a veteran in Blue Divisonon.
Crosses First Class was not much honored Spanish soldiers!
