I am fairly new to the fourm and have only been collecting "seriously" for a year. I want to focus on iron crosses and wound badges. Does any one have any suggestions or book references for me?

Firstly welcome to the forum. This is a good place to post any crosses you may be interested in to get them checked before you buy them, that is, while you're waiting for the books to arrive.

Welcome to the forum. One of the best EKI books published is "Iron Cross First Class" by Maerz & Stimson. Both of these men are moderators for this forum. There is no EKII book yet. Jim

Welcome. And, yes, wait for the book on the EKII to come out. It's by the same authors of the 'The Iron Cross 1st Class, Dietrich Maerz and George Stimson. I bought the 1st class book and it's masterfully done. We all expect the 2nd class book to be a wonderful reference book as well for the EKII collector. Have fun, share what you buy here online, buy with confidence from the estand and don't hesitate to ask questions on this forum whenever they come to mind.
