I'm leaning toward this being another version of a Floch fake. The x's in each inside corner of the beading, and the lower positioning of the dates look like it could be another attempt at an EKII.
I could be wrong, have been before, but IMO it looks bad.
I agree Robert. It appears to have the beading "F" at the corner of the 12 and 9 o'clock arms in this case, the last 9 o'clock bead running along the back of the first two 12 o'clock beads
