sorry rob,thanks for reversing the trade ,but i dont know much about iron crosses and what was posted up was no good for me to make a good conclusion over,
i che3cked the new dn book and the ek2 you send me was a mm24 and dn values them at 100euro
any way it looks like the l/13 is a variant ,but original,

upbeek, your cross is not a fake at all! as ludwig said before the hook may be replaced but the rest of the cross is 100% a typical meybauer..... (with the "late war" type of needle)
