It looks postwar to me, I might be wrong nice I am not expert on these. I just don't like the 1941 date, and the hinge that was welded on. What is the maker mark under the pin?

Can be couple of things to me :

1. Converted 1957 DKiG ( EK replaced by swastika ) + replaced wreath
2. Postwar St&L DKiG with replaced wreath
3. Completely fake

All in all, not a wartime cross, certainly something fishy with the wreath.
