1957 Knights Cross grouping

I would like to share some pictures of this 1957 Knights Cross to grouping and would be very interested to hear your opinion about the case.

What a set. I would imagine that the box is an "after market" thing the RKT has had made up, but I'm guessing. Wonderful.

Ed. As an after thought, did S&L produce a 57er "complete set" for RKTs at the beginning of or during the 57er production run? Klaus it would be great if you could post this in the 57er forum as well.

Very nice grouping ... I would also imagine the case to be custom made.
I have never come across a similar type produced by either postwar Souval or St&L.

I agree that this case was custom made for his awards. I met Karl Hausmann in the 1970's at a OdR reunion. This grouping is great looking ! Tom
