Iron cross 2nd class for review

Hey guys I was wondering if this cross looks authentic? thanks for your help.

The dates don't match any known iron cross manufacturer of the period, the swastika is small, the small ring that is soldered to the top of the cross is too small of diameter, the ribbon ring is very large for a WWII iron cross, and the silver rims are very narrow. These are just a few things that stand out to me that are red flags.
