Iron Cross second class. A few questions...

Hello folks,

I am thinking of selling off this Iron Cross second class but I had a few questions.

I know you guys, and perhaps a few ladies, get frustrated with the classic, "Is it good?" but since I am a little out of my depth with EKs I figured I would ask. Is this a good cross?

Next: I have seen posts where people can tell the makers by just looking at the way the cross was made or other characteristics. I can not find any makers stam/mark (not unusual I gathered) but I was wondering if anyone can tell who made this?

Last: In this shape - how much in demand are they?

Notice the ring has seperated from the front.

It looks to be an original Souval.

I agree with Robert, it's a Souval cross.
I believe that it is not uncommon to see the small ring soldered on only one side with this maker.

Its condition is not all that bad. Although personally I do not like Souval crosses, other collectors do not have a problem with them.
Although I have not purchased an EK2 in some time, I would guess a value of approx +/- €60 or the dollar equivalent.
