It looks like a cast copy, possibly of the Raptor fake. Very soft details. There are two original 1st class spanges that resemble this spange in many ways, and I have circled some key areas for you to study that make it very easy to identify an original from a fake. First is a Schickle, then a Mayer...

It's a copy of the 2nd model Mayer clasp.
Close, but no cigar....
