Opinions on a EK II

here I show a mint Schinkel EK II, that came to me yesterday in a packet of issue marked Deumer. My question: was Deumer the Schinkel - producer ? Does anybody know who produced the Schinkel EKs ?, Is there any Schinkel-EK with maker-mark ?
