Opinions on spange bar 1939 for 2nd classiron cross

Looking for some opinions on this bar for iron cross 2nd class with with ribbon. Not much finnish left I am afraid. Prongs are super tight to the reverse and I did not want to break one for a reverse photo. Thanks in advance! Size is 1,1/4" X 1,3/8".
