A few Knights Cross I've seen

Hello,

I've bought a few books with the plans to start familiarizing myself with the Knights Cross. But just while having a look around on the Internet beforehand, I found a few apparent Knights Crosses. Are any of them real or are they bad?

The first one apparently belongs to SS-Sturmbannfuhrer Rudolf Sandig

While I cannot say anything about the KVK RK as they are not my area, you are going to have a lot of reading to do! Both of the RKs are well known fakes.

Which is also a bad one! - probably one of the fake übergroße EK2's.
All of them seem to have the same core.

Evidently you bought the wrong books. .....

It is adviseable to learn only about the seven original manufacturers. Once you have that in your system, everything else is a fake (or at least doubtful). That fake is well known and is also in the latest literature. You will not find that fake in the "Collectors Guide to ..." or in "Detecting the Fakes ..." because nobody can keep up.
