Is the cross fine? Who made it?

I don’t like this one at all, looks rather Latvian to me
--Beading looks very corse and large beads, reminds me of the Latvian RKs
-- Burn marks around the hinge and catch remind me of Latvian repos
--800 is an exact match for Latvian RK stamps</O
<O--1939 is rather chunky and again........reminds me of latvian junk
--Metal used in the back piece is not consistant with wartime EK1's
