YES DEZ...I HAVE HAD SOME LIKE THAT, AND THEY TEND TO BE MISSHAPE OVER ALL. BUT THATS STILL A POSSIBILITY-WOULD BE INTERESTED TO GET SOME COMMENTS FORM OTHERS-PAGE 76 OF GORDON WILLIAMSONS IRON CROSS BOOK DOES SHOW SOME OTHER DEFORMED RINGS.-IT JUST LOOKS SO WELL FORMED IS IT A STRETCHED RING???
