based on the small amount of knowledge i have on these i think its a bad one.

the catch isn't the type known for L/11 and the detailing doesn't look like what i would expect to see on an LDO piece (though i may be wrong)

It's a fake. Nothing match known original Deumer cross (eagles, catch, hinge, pebbling, etc..)
