I managed to acquire this two beauties yesterday!

On the left is a 100 and on the right a 65!

For interests sake the base interior of the case is marked 2.4.2.0 N(backwards) D&B in an oval,the reverse of insert is marked 2597 D&B in an oval


Next the 65,I have actually owned this in the past and I sold it sometime ago.... but it is now back with me again

The interior of the case is marked on the insert 621. KB and the base is stamped in blue/black ink 131

The finish on the Wächtler und Lange is incredible,absolutely flawless!....although I suspect it has been cleaned recently unless the case has protected it over the years.

It's possible the finish on the W&L has not been cleaned. This maker has a reputation for their crosses aging the years very well. I have 14 ek2's from this maker and 5 of them shine like a diamond, 3 of which you can tell have seen action and are still gleaming!

Just good quality worksmanship is all I see.
