On those pics alone, I'd gamble and say it's OK. A privately purchased vaulted C.F. Zimmerman
as Marc says, the pin/catch/hook/mark all looks spot on, and even at that angle the date looks right to me too.

Neat trick! Looking at the inner corner beading it looks to be pulling up slightly - so I would guess the recipient vaulted it himself...
