Hi,
I noticed some details which are recurent to the juncker manufacture and that can be observed on CEJ, CEJ 900, and other L/12 marked SC's.
This is why I guess it is a Juncker's made cross. other close up details of the pebbling certainly could confirm.
But whatever the manufacturer, Juncker or Meybauer, the cross is great!

I'd still say Juncker. Pre LDO, post CEJ IMHO. Based on finishing.
