spanish cross makers mark

[R v Kempen]

where there any spanish crosses made with the L/.. markings
i,ve seen one for sale with this marking L/11
i ask this because LDO marking came in 1941 and i assume that the spanish crosses are made before 1941

you can add L/13, L/15, L/21 (may be L/18). Several manufacturer provided this decoration after the official june 1939 awarding ceremonie.

See guys, that didn't hurt! Should there be a significant difference in value of an "L/" marked cross in comparison to one with manufacturer's name?

the L/11 is in gold
i read in another thread the they made the silver ones but i can't find out if they made the gold ones aswell
