I got this one in a lot. Is this the one that would pin to the ribbon above the cross???? Any info would be great. What is the value of them? Thanks

It looks like an L/16, but in order to tell you really need to post pictures that are straight-on an clear. There are fakes of this spange as well as others out there. Jim
