look likes Early pin set.

Is there any chance you can take a simple straight on shot of the front ?

The reason appears to be the current "L"

But, authenticity in the lower left-hand corner of the frame-code "J" ( hidden from the eye )

"It should be the same as the hook."

The maker of the same-photo, but I will not raise copyright issues.

I see a line of dots on the bottom of the first number, if it was a "1" it would not have these dots. Also the "L" prefix indicates a Luftwaffe unit; if it was 10645 it would not have the "L."

Chris, you are right: 10645 is not possible. Probably 20645 as you wrote if we assume the first digit as a 2.
