Souval Oakleaves and Swords device from the 60s

I got this from Herr Umlauf, who ran Rudolf Souval K.G. on Siebensterngasse, in Vienna, in the 1960s. I used it as a display piece on a general's tunic I used to have for many years. I have seen people wanting to see a Souval piece to see what it looked like. This was the cheaper one then. You could get a silver one, but it was more.......don't remember how much, due to the stroke. You can see the ones from the time this one came had the marking L/58, with this one it is sort of double stamped; however, the second 58 isn't stamped in and doesn't have the L.

The front and back photos are under ordinary tungsten room lights and the marking photo is flash, sorry all are handheld with one of my cheaper cameras.

Ron, thanks for posting those Souval Oakleaves. Here for comparison are pics of a very early post war Souval set.
