      I agree that it's a Deumer.

      Mayer made a very similar looking hinge plate on their late war zinc KVKI w/swrds that the hinge was soldered to. The hinge and pin looks very similar also. The only difference I see between the Deumer and Mayer hinge plate is the Deumer plate sits down into a recess made just for the purpose of anchoring it to the back of the badge with solder. The Mayer hinge plate sits right on a flat surface on the back of the badge, then the hinge was soldered to the plate. At least this is what I see in Gordon Williamson's book on the KVK's.

      In the photo above I can see this recess where the hinge plate sits just a little below flush on the back of the badge.

      I see this same recess for the Deumer catch plate as well on some marked ('3') zinc examples. On other zinc Deumers I don't see it. Maybe because the recess has been filled with solder.
