Zimmerman EKI for review

I have a nice collection of EKIIs but still no EKI, so I am looking all over for a nice one and came across this one at German War Booty. The price seems very good and I was wondering what everyone thought of this one. I have included the link.

Thanks! Is that a really good price? I noticed there is oxidation so I didn't know if that takes down some of the value.
