Hello,

New to this forum.

Am a WW2 pistol collector.
Have owned this EK1 for many years.
Many collectors have offered to buy this piece,
but have never been willing to part with it.
Still, any direction as to value would be appreciated.

IMHO that engraved cross would need a really good pedigree.

It would be better to post close-ups of the cross!

I can tell you that most Third Reich collectors are very cautious about engraved awards as many are added in the post war period to increase the value of the award, and as a rule German medals and awards are not named.

Very difficult to say if war time or not, but personally I wouldn´t pay any extra for that engraving!
