Cased L/12 EK1

Hello,
I bought this at an antique show in Europe about 7 years ago and have no provenance to go with it. I am also not an EK expert by any means, so would like to have it reviewed here as to whether the mark is original, etc. To me the cross lmatches the one in the EK1 database and looks like it has been with the case for a long time. The core is magnetic.
