It is offered for sale to me. So I searched KC datbase and could also not find a Juncker without Hallmark. The person who offered it to me, said that this was not unusual. He stated that the KC that where issued by Hitler did not have the hallmark for some reason?

Not sure what other "goodies" he has for sale ... but I'd be staying far away from this guy.
