Any hope? offered this one today

Ground dug and purportedly from the 80s, my initial reaction to it is that is not a good one. I have asked the seller for better pics but in the meantime this is what I have- any opnions welcomed.
    Thanks,
    Eric

I also believe that it is a fake but:

The core is what we can usually find on 100% wartime crosses by schickle
The frame looks like a unfinished or postwar S&L craftmanship. If the finishing of the cross (see the edges of the arms) wouldnt have done so extreme badly, i would have given the cross a chance to be a (probably) wartime but unfinished RK by Schickle.

Conclusion: the cross might be assembled post 45 from some original parts. Anyway, that cross is a very good proof that Schickle is also a hard nut and that not all crosses with Schickle parts must be wartime.

That frame was cut out by children from a kindergarten. I can't believe it left a German manufacturer like that, even post war, no one would every buy it. It may have ended up that way after cleaning all the rubbish off it. I wouldn't buy it, but that's just me.

The only reason I even posted it here was that the construction around the core fitted the way wartime crosses were constructed....the loop and that area look terrible and the cutouts on the frame could have been done in the cleaning process....I told him it was not good and passed on it....like other things this week I should have passed on...
