EKII mm106 - Bruder Schneider

Hello everyone,
Here's my latest cross from Germany. It's maker marked 106 - Bruder Schneider which is a maker you don't see very often. I have been busy checking it against other 106 crosses and it looks good to me. It has the same beading configuration I have observed on other examples and has the smaller thicker ring this maker used, it also has the paint on the inner edges of the outer core which all 106s seem to share due presumably to some post construction painting process.

In this pic you can also see that the cross appears to be a bit bent, the camera may have distorted the picture a bit but there is definitely a bit of wonkiness in its construction.

Interesting variant Yeoman :
This scued frame type is odd ... and why they still used it is strange ??
Straight frame 106s are out there .... with the small ring and with the regular ring - shown below .
Something of interest I am able to point out on mine - only noticed this after I got it . ... 2 different frame thicknesses .
A change over in 'stamping' sheets . I would say is due to war time metal rationing . .. and this creating a few mixed frame pieces Lower picture : top frame is thinner than the bottom half !!
