EK1 L/11 Good?

Hi, I am just getting back into the hobby after a few years of being out of it and trying to start off a new collection. I was wondering if this L/11 Wilhelm Deumer EK1 is good? It looks okay to me. Also what is the going rate for a cross like this these days?
