EK1 screwback opinions

Hi guys, firstly I apologise for the poor photos which were quickly taken with a camera phone but I was hoping for any clues over this screwback. It has quite a bit of dust and dirt on it and some minor rust spots, any ideas over maker and originality would be greatly appreciated.
