Hello, what do you think of this cross?

It is an A-Type S&L micro 800 with unusual paint (or is it the photo?).

Dietrich. We wish you good day!
Cross is not in my hands, so there is only pictures. Maybe it repainted?

        RePainted RK

My guess would be along the lines of a Re Painted Core too.
Both Obverse and Reverse have a sloppy overlay of Matte Black paint on each of the inner corners..

I have paint on interior areas as well, but I don't consider it a repaint.

                  Seems a lot.

There is a diff between the two. The first looks like all eight inners have so much more w/o any wear. Though may have been preserved pristinely?

                      Harry,

a bit off topic but you bring up a production run reference. Can you tell me the difference in production dates between "800-4" and micro "800" marked pieces? Do these correlate to specific years really?

the micro 800 pre-dates the 800-4 (which is very late and has a B-type frame)
