S&L EK1 Screwback & EK

Hello,

I have these two crosses which I would like to get some opinions about.
The Screwback S&L cross looks oke, but there are some small solder residue spots, is this a problem?

THe other EK1 is non-magnetic, is this also a S&L piece>?
