EKII mm1 - Deschler

The bloke in shorts delivered this one today.
I like it but although I know it's there I can't see the 1 for this maker on the ring. Can you ?


















The reverse. I see no makers mark there.



Does anyone know what them scratches on the edge of the frame are all about ?

I have not my set with me to compare all details but looks to me a correct EKII from the Deschler hoard. Sometimes the number on ring is not complete, as looks to me on your ring.

Perhaps those scratches you refer to are file marks where excess material was trimmed off.
