I don't know if anybody has spotted this but on page 249, of Stephen Previtera’s splendid book ‘The Iron Time’, the E.K.1 at the top of the page is described as a Wilhelm Deumer cross marked with L11 in a mortise on pin.
I believe this cross to be a Flock reproduction for the following reasons:
All the Deumer E.K.1s I have encountered had the L/11, only, or in a box, impressed below the pin hook, not in incused relief, on the pin.
The date on the obverse is much too low.
The frame is yellowish nickel alloy without any sign of silver plate.
The cross is identical to the L11 Deumer cross illustrated in Peter Wiking article on Flock fakes.
