good or bad replicas

I am new to this interesting theme and would like to buy first a few replicas. Now, I came across an offer which I find interesting.

This is a fantasy piece. Better to save some money and buy a real one.

Don't waste money on fantasy items. For small money you can buy original 2nd Class Iron Cross.

Welcome to the forum , have a look in the bazaar section on stand for replica stuff, the iron cross you linked is not worth 20 euros , subscription to this forum is money better spent , and the knowledge you can gain

Welcome to the forum. I've only ever bought replicas of things I will never be able to afford. As the others have said, don't waste money on replicas of Iron Crosses or War Service Crosses and the like. The originals are well and truly affordable if you are patient and keep checking the estand here.

Take your time! Buy a good book or two, check the internet, ask questions (here for example). There will always be good and not too expensive medals and badges for the beginners to buy. Deside the area you want to explore; combat awards?, army or navy etc?, political etc. etc.
