Help with EK1 & EK2

I've these two Crosses of which I'm not completely sure.
Maybe you can help.

Iron Cross 1st class, non-magnetic, with block catch.
Iron Cross 2nd Class, non maker marked.

Both three-piece construction pieces.

I agree, both crosses are good, and the EK1 is an un-marked Wachtler & Lange.
