I have seen about 3 L/18 pinback 'factory combos' with all L/18 parts, and they all have the hardware placement like this. I'm guessing L/18 offered this service to mismatched 'customer's awards' too, like yours
I've seen this with other makers too
I believe yours was combo'd by L/18
