Spange

This spange has been discussed before and there are some who like it and some say fake, but if I remember correctly there are two styles and I am not familiar enough with it to say which one it is. Jim

Jim sums it up pretty well.Over the past years they have popped up from time to time, marked L/11 and other markings, as well as unmarked.

I don't really like i, and I would only buy one with rock-solid provenance (pics of it in wear)

You can see that knowledgeable collectors are divided in their opinions.
