That sure is a great collection for a couple years work, I can only agree when the EK bug bites it sure does bite.
It would be great if you could show us a couple close-ups of your favorites.
      Thanks,
      Jordan

Very nice display. Are there just the 14s, 39s and 57s or do you have earlier ones as well?

          Hi all

Thanks so much for all the replies and the very kind comments. It looks like I have some questions to answer:

I keep the expensive stuff locked in a bank vault, which I find quite hard as I get the most enjoyment from seeing them displayed.

Is the EKII of LDO completely?
          Hi Johnny

I am still missing: '60' '66' and most of the LDO marked. There are also some other variations I don't yet have like an '8', a 'Straight 9', a 'Lug' etc

Hi Jim. It was actually given to me by my mother. She used to collect porcelain shoes when I was very young (like 35 years ago). Perhaps collecting is in the genes? She recently gave her collection away and I got the cabinet - the only downside was shipping it across the country at a cost of $500 But I'm glad I got it.

          Hi Ross

I was thinking about doing something like that. I have about 50 imperial medal bars (pairs and trios) and haven't yet found a good way to display them. I might see how they look in the cabinet. If they look any good I'll post a picture.

Thanks again for all the positive comments - I'm glad other collectors appreciate my addiction!

          Matt

VERY nice display! A perfect case for cross presentation. I was wondering, do you have them starting with Deschler, then to Juncker and working their way up to the higher ring numbers?
