                  Heinz, mein Freund!

You have exactly 4 hours to answer my politely asked questions. And don't forget to show me the circle on the cross that started this thread and also don't forget to comment why the owner of the blank core doesn't see any circles!

If you don't answer the questions for the benefit of the discussion, this thread will be cleaned.

If you look in Dietrichs book on page 14....and you take a glas (Lupe) , you can see on these core the rests of the mark...rests.....because also on these core somone had tryed to manipulate these area....look with a glas and you can see these manipulation-traces.

                      Hein,

                      this for the last time:

Please, please answer my questions to bring this discussion forward.

I will not spend another minute on your helplessly unfounded and baseless assumptions. FrankS owns the core, I have extremely high resolution scans - you look at a printed picture. Who should the community believe: the owner of the core, me, or you?

There is no circle on the 3 o'clock arm and there never was any circle on the 3 o'clock arm. There are no signs of removal of anything. How tough is that for you to understand? You look at a a pixelated picture, the area you look at is one square inch. And you draw a conclusion from that? I would be embarrassed to base any opinion on that!

Sorry...as you all see, is my English is to bad for such discussions!!!!

Warum schickt Helmetbuyer keine Besseren Photos?

Yes, you see white mice. Clearly! I have more crosses in my database than you will ever see pictures of in books. And I had them all under my microscope in real life. No circles! Just like there is (as you just wrote) no more circle on the core ....

You came here about 6 month ago and proclaimed that all S&L with a hanging 3 (or was it without a hanging 3?) are fake.

We dared to ask you: WHY? ----- no answer. You vanished!

Now you come back and declare that some crosses have a circle (which they do NOT have, believe me ...) and that is a sign of a fake. We dare again to ask: WHY ?

You don't answer again and you will most likely disappera just as this thread will in about 3 hours.

There are people who like this kind of conspiracy and there might be even people who believe you just like people believe that 9/11 was an insider job and the American never were on the moon.

I am not saying you are stupid or so, I just think you might just have bad luck with thinking. But it is not good for the hobby to come up with such things, have no evidence at all and then disappear again. I sense a malicious reason here ...

I've tried to get my head around this discussion. So Legil means that someone
went through the trouble of removing the paint, make the alleged circle
ALMOST disappear and then made an outstanding (in my meaning almost impossible) job of repainting the 3 o'clock arm without it showing. Someone with that kind of skill would make certain of leaving no trace of the "circle" either.
And if I understand correctly it's just not one cross, but many.
That sounds outright ludicrous to me. Totally absurd

Another thing to point out, a cross made by St&L, in their factory, by the same people, with their tools can not be a FAKE. It can be period or non period, but not a fake.
