I got this one today.
It's a 138 - Julius Maurer.
I think if I'm correct that the things to look out for that identify this maker are -
The 3 in 1813 hanging low.
The top right corner of the 3 in 1813 is missing.
The 'wrinkled' beading at the top of the 6 o'clock arm just below where it meets the 3 o'clock arm.
It also seems that 138s cores tend to be put in askew which means that many have filed inner frame corners to accomodate the swastika and slanted dates.
See how the 9 in 1939 is jambed up close to the frame. I think this is indicative of this makers skewed frames.
This isn't a great picture but the 3 hangs lower than the 1s and even the 8
