Help w/ 1st Class War Merit Cross before E-Stand

Hello All! I came across a few pieces at a recent estate and need help with this cased War Merit Cross w/ Swords. It is marked with a "3" inside a square for maker Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid. I don't doubt it's original, although any comments to the contrary are appreciated.
My real question is that I'm a helmet collector, not a badge collector and I am going to post this to e-stand. What is a fair price? Fair as in fair for e-stand, not a high show price or the like.

Deumer Cross

The Badge is a late war Zinker darkened with finish absorption and the also later type case w/o a Snap enclosure button hardware. An original Award w/case shouldn't be difficult to Put a price on as they are being sold regularly on the E-Stand.
